What is unique at GWCM?
Founded in 2006, Great Wall Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture (GWCM) is a unique
combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medical techniques. We combine
the ancient art and science of Traditional Chinese Medicine with cutting-edge modalities to
give our patients a complete and well-rounded treatment plan that addresses the root cause
of their physical symptoms. Specifically, we use Eastern methods such as Acupuncture,
TuiNa Therapeutic Massage, Osteopathic Treatment, Cupping, GuaSha, Chinese Herbal
Therapy and other Traditional Chinese therapies in combination with modern physical
therapy modalities such as Infrared, Ultrasound, and Electrical Stimulation therapies.











What do we treat?
GWCM coordinates and contracts with Medical Doctors, Acupuncturists and Therapists to
address a patient’s physical issues or disease. While our focus is on pain management,
stress relief, energy rejuvenation, and eyesight impairment, we also treat a wide variety of
chronic health and wellness issues such as hypertension, hypotension, indigestion, IBS,
IBD, nicotine addiction, etc. Based on a patient’s thorough medical history and exam, our
contracted doctors formulate multi-modality, integrative medical approaches tailored to each
individual’s needs. With the detailed treatment plan in mind, our contracted Therapists and
Acupuncturists work diligently to provide the best treatment for patients – which produces
positive outcomes.










How does our Continuing Education work?
Furthermore, GWCM has been authorized by the California State Acupuncture Board and
National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) to
conduct continuing education training for students in acupuncture and massage therapy.
Our training program will invite prestigious professors in the field of Traditional Chinese
Medicine to the U.S. to conduct classes for American practitioners and American
practitioners will travel to China to study Traditional Chinese Medicine where it all began.
